Art of Flight workshop!

Attention 3B yogis! 

You definitely do not want to miss this Art of Flight workshop!  Space is filling up fast! 

Special guests Jen Rene and Robyn Maclaine will be teaching this  2 day workshop to teach you the secrets of flying and floating, standing on your hands, and inversions. 

This workshop is open to all levels! 

The workshop will be Friday Oct 26th 4:30 - 7:30 pm

and Saturday Oct 27th 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Hey 3B Yogis! 

September is Human Powered Month! We're celebrating the amazing human body and all it can do, as well as being extra kind to our environment. Every time you come to yoga using your own power, you can enter your name into a drawing to win awesome prizes!

So hop on your bike, skateboard, longboard, roller blades, or just lace up your running shoes and come to yoga using your own power.  We are having lots of fun seeing all the ways you can get from point 'A' to point 'B' with out ever touching your car keys. Join in the fun! And the best part is... EVERYONE who participates will win a prize!
