3B Yoga is an Ashtanga based studio located in the Shops at Riverwoods in Provo, Utah. We are Utah's longest running and premier yoga studio. The classes offered include traditional Ashtanga, mixed sequence Ashtanga, Prenatal, Restorative, and Kids Yoga. The 3B Yoga system is tailored to fit the desires and needs of every individual. 3B Yoga also offers Teacher Training Programs, Yoga Immersions, workshops, retreats and private instruction.
